October on HackerEarth

October on HackerEarth was a blast. We saw a total of 25 challenges conducted using the HackerEarth platform. These included college contests, non-hiring challenges as well as hiring challenges. Glydel, Oyo rooms, SuperProfs and SysCloud hired on HackerEarth. Collectively, the hiring challenges alone attracted 6872 developers from all over India to participate in a completely new concept of hiring. The hiring process ongoing and stay tuned for more updates from that end.

HackerEarth also conducts quite a few nonhiring challenges. Along with the regular challenges, we introduced the Easy Challenge and the Hard Challenge a couple of months back and we have been seeing some good participation there too. HackerEarth's three official nonhiring challenges brought as many as 8161 developers' participation.

Anta from Japan had a stellar month on HackerEarth, as he was the winner of the easy challenge, October Sky as well as October Clash. The Japanese coder got perfect scores in all the challenges and also was the fastest to get there too.

There were scores of college competitions as well. We're grateful that the coding clubs in these colleges find the use for our platform and it's very heartening to see the kind of participation that we're seeing at these college contest. Keep 'em coming.

The next month will also be a melange of challenges, each more fun than the other. You can keep updated with all the upcoming challenges on HackerEarth's challenge page - http://www.hackerearth.com/challenges

Stay tuned for more updates!
